What happened to Josh hartnett?

"I often watch the 80s and 90s films and one of my super favorites back then was Josh Hartnett, especially in the films Black Hawk Down and Pearl Harbor, which was popular in the 90s and early 2000s. Josh Hartnett was very famous, even more, famous than Ben Affleck. He had a lot of films and was pretty much the face of what a teenage heartthrob was. He had a crime thriller film called Black Dahlia and a romantic comedy called 40 Days and 40 Nights.

His mother was an artist, so he grew up in a creative family. It came as no surprise that he took the Conservatory of Theatre Arts and Film course in college. He had a background in theater, like Vin Diesel, before crossing over to TV series and films.

He continuously starred in million-dollar films that did well at the box office. At one point, he was even offered the role of Clark Kent or Superman, but he didn't accept it because he didn't want to be stereotyped into one role. He didn't want to be a superhero. This was something rare because he didn't want to go into the mainstream and wanted to select scripts that had depth in them. He wanted roles that challenged him as an actor or to be taken more seriously. At one point in his career, he was chosen as the third sexiest male alive and was part of People magazine's 50 most beautiful people. It would seem that Josh Hartnett was continuously moving towards Hollywood A-list status, and he even snagged the Emporio Armani fragrance campaign, Diamonds for Men.

However, after 2005, he chose to focus on important things in life. He was a person who didn't get addicted to Hollywood. When he had money, fame, and enough influence, he used his time to campaign for the environment and began filming projects that would raise awareness of the East African drought. He joined the likes of Uma Thurman and Geena Davis. He also joined the Barack Obama campaign in Minnesota and helped endorse Obama's YouTube channel campaign. He took more serious producing roles and contributed his time to help Barack Obama win.

Josh Hartnett was a very intelligent and serious guy. Instead of choosing the glitz and glamour of Hollywood, he instead chose to focus on his life and family. He got married and gave more time to his wife and child; he was a good family man. Regarding fame, Josh Hartnett said, "I know what it's like to be in that whole world. I was up there for a couple of years, and it was uncomfortable. I think trying to stay on top is a shortcut to unhappiness." Hartnett took a 15-month break from acting and started finding himself, improving his relationships with his wife and children. He spent a lot of time reflecting on whether Hollywood was really for him. He didn't want to lose himself; he wanted to remain authentic and chose a simple and quiet life.

He focused more on films that spoke of encouragement, faith, and films that spoke about having a divine purpose in life, and films that spoke about redemption in Jesus Christ, like the film 6 Below, Miracle on the Mountain. He chose films that focused on how to love and learn the fear of the Lord, to have fear in God. It was a film of the testimony of faith in Jesus and how it can change people's hearts.

Today, he is more focused on creating films that have amazing lessons in them. They may not be mainstream or famous, but he chooses to create indie films that would awaken people about the dangers of using drugs. He wants to use his acting ability on the screen to educate and raise awareness. He has since then focused on being a creative actor, learning and coming up with his own screenplay.

Q&A : At what age did you first realize that you wanted to become an artist? I started to draw at the age of 7, as far as I remember.  I draw simple houses with my cousins. My mother was a disciplinarian before, and she provides used papers for me to draw/scribble instead of me going out and playing around. When my father came back in Philippines from working abroad, he brought set of encyclopedias for me to read.  It was then the first time that I read about paintings of the old masters (e.g. Leonardo Da Vinci, Van Gogh and others) which gave me my

Origami Pilipinas: Changing the Country one paper fold at a time

MAY 22 TIU theater is an artist hub located in Makati, and I was given the chance to watch Bakata: The Battle of Street Poets, a play produced by  Toshihiko Uriu  -   The play was a huge success and is predicted to turn into a Philippine classic, but I am writing this article right now to highlight another story that occurred inside the TIU theater.  A collaboration piece that helped produce the effect of the wonder called Bakata. I noticed the glow of the lanterns and the paper cranes highlighted in the stage design, it had the flair and flamboyant but subtle effect that was needed in order to make the stage look just perfect for the story line.  Leo R Natividad is the President and Owner of Origami Pilipinas.  I was fortunate to meet members like  L. River Butay, Adonis dela Cruz as well as Jose Monzales and other volunteers who continue to strengthen Origami Pilipinas. Origami Pilipinas and their Advocacy: Origami Pilipinas, was founded out of pa
