What is the meaning of the song MMMBop by the Hanson? Where are they now?

Let's talk about The Hansons, and travel back to the 90s, especially for those who are 90s kids like me. I'm sure you know who Hanson is, how are they doing now, and how did they start? What is the inspiration behind their song "MMmbop"?

The Hansons are three brothers who are all members of the band. However, there are seven members in total, and they have Danish ancestry and come from Tulsa, Oklahoma. Their names are Isaac, Taylor, and Zachary. They became globally famous for their song "MMmbop," and because of this song, they were nominated for three Grammy Awards.

They realized early on that they wanted a career in the music industry. They made their first acapella recordings of classic and cover songs before they debuted their official material. When they were young, they released a series for a church group about the Biblical story of David facing Goliath. They performed "MMmbop" at a Texas event, and it was so catchy and performed so well that eventually, a record label picked them up. They went on to sell over 16 million albums worldwide.

I used to think that "MMmbop" had no meaning, but it turns out they wrote it to express how easy it is to end relationships in life. There are only a few true people and friends, and as you get older, you realize that only a few really care about you. That's why you need to think, plant good things and ideas, and keep planting even if it's difficult. Keep meeting people and growing like a plant until you see which ones will grow properly and beautifully.

They are known for creating songs with deep meaning. "I Will Come to You" and "Weird" are examples of other songs they released after "MMmbop." Many teenagers found inspiration in the encouraging words in their songs. They created song lyrics for teenagers who felt they were suffering from bullying and depression. They were not afraid to explore various genres. One of their songs was titled "Child at Heart," which is about the trauma and pain we experience in life and how we can find hope and courage to continue despite everything.

The best thing about The Hanson brothers is their excellent upbringing. They became famous early on, but they were not reported to be involved in drugs or bad habits. This is because the three of them are Christians or believers in Jesus Christ. They believe in creating music to inspire and rejuvenate the heart and soul. They broke free from their record label and chose to be independent and tour on their own, without anyone controlling them. They saw the evils of Hollywood early on, and they would rather write and do concerts and retain who they are rather than sell their souls. This was a good decision, and they continue to make great music with a loyal following. Their image and branding are clean, and they are family-oriented.

After the song "MMmbop," there was a major Hanson craze worldwide, and they had many jam-packed concerts in New York, including Canada, and they also went to the Philippines more than three times. It is said that The Moffatts' song was more popular in the Philippines, but The Hanson's concerts were still jam-packed with American pop-rock fans.

My favorite among the three brothers, Taylor Hanson, is currently happily married and has six children. Despite being busy with many concerts and album tours, he remains present in the lives of his children. It's nice to know that the 90s musicians we admired remain a good influence and haven't gone astray. It's one reason why the 90s were such a feel-good and beautiful era. Zachary Hanson also has four kids, while their older brother, Isaac, has three.

Know your local artist: Khervin John Gallandez : The Ilocano Artist

Khervin John Gallandez is an emerging visual artist from Ilocos. It has been a personal advocacy to share the amazing people I have met while on the road Khervin John Gallandez, is one of the many hopefuls in the local art industry— and he is definitely worth our time. He has focus and determination and young artists can learn a lot from his willingness to evolve when it comes to his craft. Q&A : At what age did you first realize that you wanted to become an artist? I started to draw at the age of 7, as far as I remember.  I draw simple houses with my cousins. My mother was a disciplinarian before, and she provides used papers for me to draw/scribble instead of me going out and playing around. When my father came back in Philippines from working abroad, he brought set of encyclopedias for me to read.  It was then the first time that I read about paintings of the old masters (e.g. Leonardo Da Vinci, Van Gogh and others) which gave me my

There are very few places in Metro Manila that would make you feel relaxed and one with nature . Origami Pilipinas: Changing the Country one paper fold at a time

MAY 22 TIU theater is an artist hub located in Makati, and I was given the chance to watch Bakata: The Battle of Street Poets, a play produced by  Toshihiko Uriu  -   The play was a huge success and is predicted to turn into a Philippine classic, but I am writing this article right now to highlight another story that occurred inside the TIU theater.  A collaboration piece that helped produce the effect of the wonder called Bakata. I noticed the glow of the lanterns and the paper cranes highlighted in the stage design, it had the flair and flamboyant but subtle effect that was needed in order to make the stage look just perfect for the story line.  Leo R Natividad is the President and Owner of Origami Pilipinas.  I was fortunate to meet members like  L. River Butay, Adonis dela Cruz as well as Jose Monzales and other volunteers who continue to strengthen Origami Pilipinas. Origami Pilipinas and their Advocacy: Origami Pilipinas, was founded out of pa
